  1. Residence, curate and lecturer: I do reside personally upon my Cure, and in my Parsonage House. I have no Curate, nor Lecturer in my Parish.

  2. Other benefices: I have no more Benefices than one.

  3. Divine service at other churches: I do not perform Divine Service at any Church besides my own.

  4. Frequency of divine service: Divine Service is performed in my Church twice on the Lord's Day with a Sermon in the morning.

  5. Frequency of communion: The Sacrament of the Lord's Supper is administered in my Church five Times in the Year. We have about sixty five Communicants.

  6. Catechising of children: The Youth of my Parish are catechised every Lord's Day in the afternoon from Lady Day to Michaelmas.

  7. Church fabric: My Church and Chancel are in good Repair, the Church-Yard well kept, and all Things decent for divine Service.

  8. Glebe terrier: We have a Terrier of the Glebe Lands House &c: according to the Tenor of the 87th Canon.

  9. Number of families: We have forty nine Families in our Parish.

  10. Chapels: We have no Chapel within our Parish.

  11. Papists, dissenters and meeting houses: We have no reputed Papists, nor any Dissenters of any Denomination in our Parish.

  12. School, alms-houses, hospital and charitable endowments: We have a small School for instructing Children in reading, writing and arithmetick but not endowed. We have no Alms-House, Hospital, or parochial Library in our Parish.

  13. Charity: We have six Pounds given to the Poor of our Parish, the Interest of which at five per Cent: is given to the Poor yearly at Easter.
